Improving discoverability of exchange offer
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project was a speculative design-led initiative which resulted in a product thinking change and transitive projects which revamped the face of the product. Primary focus of improving
the visibility of the product, our goal was also making offers/affordabilty easier to discover and coherent on the product page for MLE(Mobile, Large & Electronics)

IMPACT
Key This was an A/B test which was under observation for 6 months January '23 - June '23. The results showed that the users were able to locate the exchange offer more easily with the tested variants.
During the test period, exchange adoption saw a rise for of ~15%. This indicated potential in the new variant, so we reworked the MVP for cross-collaborative with the offers & coupons stakeholders and relaunched this initiative as the "Exchange Opt-out" project.
During a thorough UX study & usability testing sessions, we deduced some major insights about our product. These feedback were taken into account and were implemented in quick revamp of exchange.
