PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Introduced an opt-out UX for the exchange offer on Flipkart. This was a plainly business-problem, the KPI for this project was Exchange Adoption Rate & CTR. We explored ways of making exchange an easily accessible feature on the platform.

BUSINESS IMPACT

  • Total increase in exchange offer adoption rate by ~40%

  • 32% more users bought new electronic products with the Exchange offer applied to their purchases

  • Dependent product (Lowest Price widget) observed a considerable hike in its conversion rate due exchange offer integration
