Reviews & ratings redesign
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Adoption rate of reviews & ratings(RnR) was at an all-time low, due to dysfunctional comprehensibility & faulty visual design. This experiment was to test new variants of RnR. Additionally, this was a successful experiment and was in-turn converted to a total product revamp of the Reviews & Ratings section on Flipkart

IMPACT
A total visual revamp of how the user view reviews & user-submitted photos. We conducted a Rapid Research over the course of 3 days. The reviews & ratings team had fresh insights & successfully tested variants.
Post launch of new design of the reviews & ratings, we observed +25% of CTR for users viewing user-submitted images & completing their exploration of reviews before purchasing a new products.
Previous issues with drop-offs of users due inappropriate visual language was mitigated with the new intuitive design.
